I was excited for the opportunity to upgrade the brochure for the Garza County Historical Museum. The only direction was to keep the same size and folding format as the previous version; otherwise, I was given carte blanche. I also took the liberty of creating a logo for the organization since they didn’t have one. I explored the museum and photographed artifacts I could feature in creative ways. I selected fonts and colors that conveyed a sense of nostalgia and history, and had the brochures printed at a reasonable cost for the non-profit organization. The finished product elevated the museum’s image and increased attention from the community.
